Crown Pizza

Worst take away I’ve ever had! I spent £22 on a pizza and a kids meal plus 2 milkshakes. Took over 2 hours to come, it was freezing cold once arrived. The kids meal was £6.50 and I wouldn’t of fed it to a dog. My chicken was stone cold and the donner meat was hard. I will not be ordering again

The delivery had trouble finding us but had the decency to ring. The shop had confused the order but for a can of pop redelivered as soon as they could. The food was just as described & after reading some of reviews on google - i don't think they are very fair, the staff are very helpful - many thanks.

I would like to complain of an occurrence that happened around five minutes ago. I am a 16-year-old girl Who was innocently waiting for her takeaway on the bench outside of the house. The takeaway came earlier than it said which I was happy with, The takeaway guy was really sweet at first and asked me how my day was and what I do for a living. I told him that I was due to go to a college where I didn't know anyone and he kept complementing on me saying I was very beautiful and would get many boyfriends, then he asked me if I had social media so I said no because I knew straight away what he was trying to get at... he then asked me for my full name but I just said my first name instead as I knew it was safer. Then when I said goodbye because it was really cold he grabbed hold of my hand so I thought we were going to check hands, but instead he kissed my hand and asked if there was any chance we could talk if I had social media. So I just made an excuse saying that I didn't have social media as anyone can be on it and I got into the house as fast as possible and locked my door as he creeped me out so much as I am only 16 and he looked around 30 or over!! Also my food came cold, I ordered a kids popcorn chicken meal and there was 5 pop corn chicken pieces... and I didn't receive my £2 change either. Worst takeaway experience ever!!!!!

The manager is a liar as they stated we would get a full order for free but no more. We've waited this long to actually get the family meal to be together like they promised, due to recovery from an accident in the family. But guess we're not getting that now... so we'll take the legal way!!! My integrity and possibility of being raped was worth £10, according to crown pizza. My parents are raving!!!!

"Delivered" a pizza by leaving it outside the house without trying to contact or knocking on the door, meaning we found it an hour later stone cold. We were in the back room, if they had knocked we would have known. Don't order from here.

Ordered through just eat app .....
Received a soggy burger- bread was mushy!
Ordered kebab no chilli - got chilli!
Ordered 2 chicken burgers drop down menu for sauces I didnt select any - burgers arrived with mayo oh and a long blond hair yum!
Needless to say the whole order went in the bin, called to complain was told the chicken burgers come with mayo?!? So why is it a option?
Didn't offer to refund me but did offer a fresh kebab and blamed just eat for the mix up?!? Avoid!

Absolutly shocking food and service so orderd pizza arived 15 min late the opening the box the topping was all over the box its was stone cold and they dont even keep them in a bag to keep warm also my can of pop was boiling hot so called the a girl said sorry dont know how thats happend i dont know what the owner will do not even atempted to sort it out stay way from here

As I have stated at the beginning of the review about a disturbing takeaway guy and him 'grooming' me, I would like to thank at Crown pizza the lovely woman on the phone for finding out who it was and especially the boss for firing the delivery guy who should've known not to do what he did as I am only 16. After my experience with Crown pizza I was questioning whether to order from there again, but now that I know that the delivery guy has been dealt with VERY FAST I am definitely sure to order from there again as they were very kind to me as well. Thank you!! 😊

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** We ordered and PAID for a pizza and chips and it disnt turn up, called up to advise this had happened and was accused of not answering the door. The very rude lady I spoke to told me to 'get f***ed' after I advised that I won't be ordering from there no more haha, order at your own risk 👎👎👎

Our food took 1 hour and when it arrived the quality was poor. Soggy burgers and chip that looked like they had been cooked hours ago and warmed up in the microwave. Very disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend.

Gorgeous food every time. Never fail to provide great service and food highly recommended

All I can say is that the food was congealed.
Absolutely disgusting and took 90 mins to arrive.
If ever something has put me off take away food it's this experience

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes after putting my order in on just eat, called them and i just got well we called to confirm order and no one answered so we didnt make it if you want it now we can put it in. If i didnt want the pizza i wouldnt have ordered it!! Absoloutley ridiculous no one else has to ring and confirm thats the whole point of doing it through just eat is that it skips the phone call order!!
