Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre

The rooms were Amazing, staff was friendly but food very disappointing. We ordered burgers that were literally burnt... never had a worst burger in my life

If you are an organisation booking on behalf of someone I would recommend using a different hotel as there was a great deal of confusion when attempting to pre-pay for a room on behalf of someone else.

Room was clean and comfortable and leisure centre was excellent.

There was an issue with noise from an event going on under my room which kept me up till about 1am. But staff did provide earplugs and would have moved me to a different room if they were not fully booked.

But for over £200 a night it did not meet my expectations.

Great location. They have thought of stuff that you really need like an iron, a hair drier and some bottled water. The restaurant offers a good variety of food. Well worth it.

Pleasant stay. Well appointed rooms with comfortable bed. Personally would prefer a top sheet to just a duvet. Good buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. Convenient parking and a stone's throw from popular sites.

The minute we walked in and checked in the staff was very accommodating. I had to switch to a double bed as well as reserve a room for a friend. They made everything seamless which was great for our short stay. The gym and spa were AWESOME. Definitely made the stay worth wild!

I went to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Liverpool with my grand daughter in April 2017. We loved the hotel the view from our room was amazing we could see ferries and canal boats passing by. It was very clean and the staff were excellent nothing was too much very impressed. They were child friendly and the swimming pool was warm, clean with lots of relaxing fun. We were walking distance from the main attractions, the coach station, the train station and the shopping centre. I am very fussy but it came up to my high standards.

Good location, clean, welcoming lobby, staff friendly particularly in the harbour club leisure centre. Also brilliant that you can check out at 12pm. Short walk to the city centre but it felt peaceful with good views of the dock.

Great hotel and within a few minutes walk to Liverpool One and next door to the Liver Building.
All the attractions are just a short walk away and would recommend the Beatles museum and the Tate gallery.
Breakfast was complete and plentiful.
Staff great.
Room was good, clean, with view overlooking the Mersey but possibly needs a little updating.

They welcomed us very nicely. My 2 year old daughter get bags with crayons and candy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she explained us where they are located our room, where is a swimming pool and sauna with Jacuzzi, and also told us where and when is breakfast. The room was really nice with a nice view of the waterfront. Dinner was tastes with great service. Half-eaten dinner you could take it with you to the room. Breakfast was perfect. The English breakfast to fruit and jam with croissant, simply everything what you feel like. In the canteen was still staff that offered coffee or tea. After breakfast we checked out. We had a wish to visit Liverpool city center. In agreement with the receptionist we could stay our car in the parking of the hotel until to 3 pm after what we had already checked out.
I did not like the only thing. Pool sauna and Jacuzzi was far enough from the reception to the room. But even though our stay was the amazing in Crowne plaza hotel. If you want to truly relax in luxury hotel, You should definitely visit the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
