Family court judges are fully biased against fathers. There is such thing as impartial judges anymore. avoid this court at costs. fathers please

An absolute farcical system that will bankrupt and humiliate you. Either pay extortionate fees to solicitors otherwise you're playing with fire

Don't go there unless you have to and I mean it! The admin staff in the district section are so rude.

Large family court.Some of the waiting rooms can get quite hot in the summer with ltd ability to open windows.parking nearby isnt so good in comparison to other family courts

The most useless court ever ! Referred a case to the bailiffs on 3rd Jan still not had any response, they don't answer the phone or emails, I have even raised a case under "RESOLVER" and they still have not responded. 0 stars sums them up better!

Complaints get swept under the carpet very concerning cycle of the law not be protected or practised most people don't receive legal aid so straight away the ones represented have the advantage .... Often the judge refers to solicitors and fail to have there own concept ......police or mp have no power over any concerns of misconduct Within court room ... If your your hoping to be reunited with your family your probably end up worse of through Croydon family court ..#politics avoid at all cost

Croydon family court without prejudice appear to have failed a lot of families , it also fails to absorb factual evidence in many cases and builds cases on misleading lawyers misleading preinceptions ,
Many have lost faith in court system which is extremely long winded would recommended avoid at all costs . Without prejudice judges dictate to suit

Had the fortune of of experiencing the care of a great district judge at Croydon family court. She gave me all the time I needed and listened intently to the orders I was requesting. Not only was she patient, professional and made me feel at ease, she also went out of her way to do everything in her power to grant me an immediate order. She helped me more than she'll ever know. I received my order within the month, and am now waiting for another hearing with her for an update on an absent father, which will hopefully lead to another order allowing me to change my daughters name.
This woman was a pleasure to meet and has givin me hope with Croydon's courts.
I have also never had a problem when calling in, or dealing with anyone on the phone, they have been helpful and polite.
Maybe I was just lucky, but please don't let the negative reviews put you off, my experience was the opposite!

Worst experience! Waiting for my divorce to get through for 05 years. Judge wants to hear acknowledgement of receipt of my divorce petition from my ex, who is not cooperating in the matter.
My basis of divorce was DV and my ex was served injunction order or prohibited step order by the court in 2012.
I'm a hard working middle class woman without any state support or benefits to me or to my child.

Justice in Croydon court is for millionaires or for people on benefits, not for working class woman like me.

I really don't know, how to change the minds of bossy male judges, I have already spent and spending all my income on expensive solicitors and living myself in shared accommodations.

Please avoid croydon county court by all means.
I wish someone helpful reads my statement and offer some ideas or help.

Still waiting for my consent order to be seal since 2rd of match! Thought it will take 3-4 but it have been 9 weeks till now! So frustrated and stress out!
