Rooms are clean, beds are soft, food is hard. No tv, no xbox very disappointed.

Answered my call within seconds, very helpful, polite and reassuring. Explained exactly what I needed to do next and provided me with CAD number. Thank you for a great service.

Custody suite very rarely answer their phones and many officers dont bother to tell you what happened to the client. I have holding on 101 for over 16 mins and custody cut the calls after so many rings. Really poor when you want to find out what happened to your client. A mind reader or psychic will have better luck I am sure.
