Many sites that claim to offer the consumer 'impartial' advice have the simple objective of trying to sell you a product. Our site and our services are different.
As Independent Financial Advisers, we are subject to firm financial regulations, which require us to match your needs to the products we arrange for you. This means that some of your needs cannot be fully satisfied by using only the content of this web site. We are always happy to meet with you to discuss your needs. We are equally happy to discuss with you any aspect of this web site that you may not understand.
Commercial Insurance
Our experienced Commercial Team deal with a whole range of business insurances such as Office insurance, liability cover, Professional Indemnity and Personal Accident Cover. Our clients deal with a single contact who will understand all of the risks that your business is exposed to, this is in stark contrast to the impersonal and often indifferent service provided by many insurance providers call centres and regional offices.
We act for a substantial number of corporate bodies and small businesses, representing all aspects of industry and services - manufacturers, importers, distributors, motor traders, the professions, shopkeepers, publicans plus people working from home. We have access to insurance companies and Lloyds, including specialist underwriters with schemes to suit unusual and unique businesses.
We offer a local, professional service and wherever possible prefer to visit client's premises in order to assess their needs at first hand.
CRS Consultants are also members of the Westinsure network. Westinsure is a group of nearly 150 regional insurance brokers that have a combined premium income of well over Β£200m; which allows us to compete on a level playing field with large national brokers whilst retaining our local service and independence.
Our service does not stop when the policy is in place - after sales service is most important. We monitor clients changing circumstances to ensure that their insurances are always up to date and continue to match their needs.
Personal Insurance
Our dedicated Personal Lines team are trained to deal with all aspects of General Insurance ranging from Motor, Household and Travel to Pet, Event and Wedding Insurance. We also specialise in arranging bespoke insurance solutions for many of our high net worth clients.
We act on behalf of a vast number of Insurance Companies, to enable us to offer you the client competitive premiums with no compromise on the policy cover and product. Our Personal Lines team are constantly monitoring our existing Insurance markets and enlisting new Insurers to ensure competitive future premiums.
We offer a local, professional service and pride ourselves on looking after you to the highest possible standards in the unfortunate event of an accident or claim. Our after care service also extends to changing circumstances within your insurance year.
