What an amazing little place this is. The staff were friendly and inviting. We stopped off for a cuppa and some cupcakes. Wow! The cupcakes!! They were awesome! Such a lovely warm relaxing place to sit and watch the world go by.....’┐Į

We booked afternoon tea for three as a birthday treat and have to say it was really lovely. Ham, egg & cheese sandwiches with crisps, savoury bakes, cream scones & mini cupcakes. Too much for us to clear up so spares were boxed up for us to take away! WouldnŌĆÖt hesitate to recommend. ­¤Öé

Oh my god! These cupcakes and brownies taste like heaven!! I collected my cupcake jar care package from the shop yesterday and we were made to feel very welcome. The shop smelt fantastic as I believe brownies were being cooked at the time. I had been looking forward to these cupcakes all week, knowing I was collecting them yesterday and I am pleased to announce, they were definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend and will be ordering from you again, although for delivery next time ’┐Į

Me and my husband booked afternoon tea here for our third wedding anniversary. It was very tasty and we overly enjoyed ourselves the staff were very lovely. We left this cute little cupcake shop very happy and full from all the stuff you get with afternoon tea. Thank you very much ladies keep up the good work ’┐Į

Loved the quaint place, and more tables are needed. I had a latte and chocolate cupcake, wanting to just chill and have a moment of peace on my own. I was wrong the large table behind me consisted of 2 girls and a handful of over zealous foreign males bragging about how much money they had and their businesses back home. I will definitely visit again when it's not the holidays. I the girls serving (sat 27 feb) were very helpful and very apologetic of the messy tables, and bit they were rushed off their feet. They had patience of a Saint as I didn't know which cupcake to choose from.

Love this place! Fantastic comms yesterday morning when I asked if they had a card machine for payments. A very quick confirmation that they did! On arrival with my teenage daughter and my youngest in her pushchair, I wasn't sure how easy access into the cafe would be. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who offered to open the back door that had sloped access. Really was appreciated! Delicious 'Pride' and 'unicorn' cupcakes with a pot of tea. A lovely experience and cannot wait to return. Thank you to all involved, Jenna.

I stumbled upon this cute cupcake shop last year, sold by the fact they made gluten free cupcakes! Now, if I want a little treat to take back to the office, I make an extra special trip to this lovely little shop. The staff are super friendly, the shop has a great, quaint vibe and the cupcakes are the best I've ever tasted (they don't skimp on the buttercream, my favourite part!). Not great for the diet, but worth totally worth it! I would recommend to everyone!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Crumbs Cupcakery as part of a photo shoot recently and was so happy to be shooting in such a relaxing and colourful location! The staff were incredibly friendly and the cupcakes tasted soooooooo good! I highly recommend the Cherry Bakewell one! I would certainly visit here again for more tea and cakes :)

Crumbs is my go to place. The girls are amazing and the customer service is fantastic and I can't think of a better place to be loyal to.

Booked for afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary. The setting is beautiful and the staff lovely. The afternoon tea was well presented and very tasty with a few extras to standard afternoon tea. The brownies were heart shaped which I thought was a lovely touch!

Highly recommend this little gem!

Beautiful setting overlooking The Minster, especially lovely to sit outside and enjoy a cupcake here on a sunny day. They cater for a range of dietary requirements including gluten free and also vegan. They don't have vegan cupcakes every day but if you know you're coming on a certain day, they will make sure vegan cakes are available. Last year we also enjoyed a wonderful vegan afternoon tea, which was great value for money!

Absolutely fantastic, I took my daughter for afternoon tea for her birthday. The food was delicious, we couldn't eat it all so the the rest they put in a box to take home, brilliant staff, and all round lovely place. Would definitely recommend, thank you for a lovely time x
