A wonderful workshop on Mindfulness exploring, theories practices, Meditation for calmness, motivation and inspiration.... Howard has done the course for teaching professionals and the public.
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. Practising mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Hello everyone! Coming soon (date to be announced), we will have with us the renown Isabelle Duchene Medium, Energetic Coaching, Grief Counsellor and Trance Medium. Isabelle will be doing a workshop on a Saturday based on Mediumship, Demonstration of Channelling Spirit and then on Sunday she will do one-to-one readings. Isabelle will be travelling all the way from Belgium to do this event for us. What the weekend workshop involves:
... * Awareness with Yvonne Parry - Learn how to raise the vibration to better the connection with spirit and understand the Mechanics behind the Mediumship for your own personal development. This is very helpful with getting to know how spirit are working with you for interpreting their messages for presentation.
* Chakras with Yvonne Frankum - Have you ever wondered why at times we can feel over emotional, feel insensitive and generally under the weather, lacking in energy, quite lethargic etc. Feeling unwell but not able to verbalise or identify Why this is? Learn all about the energy centres in your body, how they can become sluggish and blocked, how we can energise them and cleanse them.
* Spirit Art with Emma L Mather - Learn to connect with loves/spirit guides or pets expressed through the art using HB and Coloured Pencils. You do not have to be an artist to attend as this can still be done for those who have an interest or looking to experiment.
There will be hand-outs for each workshop.
£30 per tickets. Payments are non-refundable.

i have been a member off the white feather centre since oct17 can honestly say its a fab group off people who progress in mediumship and are constantly learning its brings alot off knowledge, calmness, grounding and power within the mind. since i have joined the white feather centre i have become one wouldnt wanna be anywere else yvonne and emma have the biggest hearts filled with love truly amazing people and centre

I attended a chakra workshop today at the White Feather Centre run by Deborah Joy, it was an amazing day. Deborah has a wealth of knowledge that she happily shares. I felt very comfortable and relaxed around her, she teaches beautifully. I went into today’s workshop with a small amount of chakra knowledge and left feeling confident in performing chakra balancing. This is the 2nd workshop I’ve been to at the White Feather Centre and have really enjoyed both. I’m looking forward to attending more workshops in the future. Thank you to Emma and her mum for facilitating another wonderful day xx

Hand on heart, it is an amazing group. I have been coming to the white Feather since July 2017 and I can honestly say it had brought out the best in me and has changed me for the better. I have become a better person and I can't thank Yvonne & Emma enough. They are so supportive and help you in everything you do in & outside of the group.
