Yesterday I rang this place 20 times. Silly opening hours and pointless phone line. Please shut this place down and stop waisting people’s time!

Just drove 1hr to find that embassy was closed till 4th sep 2017. Sign only on door and no where else on website etc...how are we suppose to know till we get here? Very disappointed. No one answer calls as well.

I have been trying to get some information in regards to renovating my passport but no one answers the phone. I have wasted a month attempting this. It's frustrating and pathetic 👎

I don't understand what is the point of having a phone number there if no one ever answers it. Tried calling for days with no answer. Then read other reviews and find out people having the same problems. So its not only me having a bad luck. I don't live in London so can't just go down there. Have a serious question and cant find the answer on their website so please pick up your phone other wise cancel your telephone line because it's pointless and horrendous. Very disappointed!

Tried phoning a number of times no answer. Now unable to get on the web page. Very annoying and stressful as so much different information on other sights. Need to get the correct information direct from the embassy not that easy to get to London. Xx

Very unpleasant personnel. Woman who was working there didn't want to explain me anything about visa and she was very rude.. Definitely don't recommend!

I tried to ring the embassy over the course of two weeks, don't expect anyone to answer because they do not. However we decided to visit the embassy and gained entry without any fuss whatsoever. The staff were very helpful and we spent no more than 30 minutes waiting before we were dealt with. Excellent service if you have the inclination to visit.

If you are an English tourist wishing to visit Cuba (I cannot comment on other nationalities) then this is the process I underwent a week ago Jan 2017:
1. Get a postal order for £17 made out to Havin Bank (this is per person, if you are making an application on someone's behalf then add an additional £22)
2. Go to embassy and take a queue ticket and fill out tourist visa form (you will need the usual passport details as well as your flight details; accommodation can be left blank of it is not booked - we are planning on Casas when we are there)
3. Wait to be seen (mine was about 20mins).
4. Walk out with Visa.

Calling these people is impossible, they don't answer their phones! Spent 09:30am - 12:30 (opening hours) trying to phone them with no answer at all.

What is the point in having a phone number if nobody answers the phone!!!
