Very professional staff and more to the point everyone was happy to help. Prompt reply to all our questions, easy to relate to and fun to deal with.

My sister had a dealing with Katie and she was possibly the most unprofessional estate agent in London. Lying dramatically about competitive tension, spiteful and acting solely on behalf of the buyer is not the way to carry out business. Hopefully Cubit and West record calls!!!

Absolute nightmare. Wrong negotiator advice to offer much below budget caused me loosing a purchase of the property. Negotiators pressuring to choose buyer who have seen "inhouse" broker and solicitor to hit referral targets despite me increasing offer to highest one and having finances arranged.
Lack of communication from negotiators, and what is worse lack of basic knowledge of what Agreement in Principle is. I have never came across that bad service not only for buyer but also for seller as he will loose out too. Taking case to Property Ombudsman.
