What a great place to visit. as a biker group Renagade Riders we prerang and the landlord welcomed us there what a cracking place the staff and management where excellent. Can't wait for the next visit

We decided to go for a meal on a Friday lunchtime as a couple of friends had said they had just been and had a very nice meal. We both had a lovely, quality meal, dessert and coffee plus a few drinks. Very reasonably priced too and we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be one of our locals and we will be visiting again very soon. Thank you. *****

There are lovely people and the food is fantastic. Would recommend to everyone. Dog friendly too.

Sunday Lunch. Ordered and within 20 min dinner was served. One of the best we have had. Staff very friendly and all kept asking if everything was ok with the meal. If you have had a bad experience here go back as I believe they have had a change in management and cannot fault this. Point to note also when we visited, the place was full inside and also in the new beer garden.

Headed here for lunch with 2 friends after a triathlon on Easter Sunday. My friends are both vegan, so I wasn't expecting there to be many options. However the staff were really accommodating and it seemed to be no bother at all for them to work out some food options that would work. Had a fantastic tasty lunch and all the staff were great. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in or around Gotham!

Had the two steaks and bottle of wine 25.00 fantastic steak was lovely recommend the Stilton sauce to die for couldn't get enough service fast friendly relaxed atmosphere we go nowhere else now

Had a table of 14 for lunch today. As always, food was beautiful and very reasonably priced. Diane, Nigel and Donna are always accommodating (even fetching games for our children to play in the sunshine today). Nothing is too much trouble. A really lovely pub in our beautiful village. Many thanks

As an occasional visitor from afar, I can say this place has smartened up noticeably since my last visit but lost none of its essential charm. Beer and food still up to a high standard. A must-visit for me if I'm in the area.

Absolutely super Sunday lunches with the option to select a smaller version if required. Warning this is still not an exactly small portion!

Well it was the first day in for the new people taking over the Cuckoo and to be fair they were still unpacking ,But saying that we could not fault 6 of us had meals and we all enjoyed what we had. I am sure when the are settled in they will be even better. We wish them the best of luck and hope they get plenty of business. They are going to need a lot of support from local and passing trade to make a go. As everyone knows the pub trade is very difficult these days .Good luck and best wishes. Les & Pat.

Took Mum for a Mother's Day treat. It was lovely! Mum used to play darts there many many years ago so she had some lovely memories of the place. Food was great all had 3 courses. It was all fresh and tasty. Great price to, would definitely go again. Thank you Cuckoo Bush for a lovely day xx

I cannot speak for the food but popped in with my elderly mother had just a coffee on the way back to lincoln. Was made to feel welcome and as there were two other ladies a little younger made the atmosphere ok. I am primarily a drinker and a diner second but what i could see of the food it was yummy. Landlord was chatty agreeable and a nice chappie, area needs a little more exploration but seems quite pleasant. I am also a cyclist and motorist. Interesting!

Had Friday lunch with my husband and daughter food excellent staff lovely, only thing that made me feel uncomfortable as we walked in all the people in the lounge turned and stared at us, I thought the locals were friendly, obviously not on this occasion
