Quick & Easy. Friendly staff. If you want luxury go elsewhere - they aren't a luxury spa & don't advertise themselves as that. Great packages.

We organised a friends hen party here last weekend for 11 people. They went out of their way to bend over backwards and be really really helpful and friendly- they offered us tables for our snacks, coffee and tea in abundance as well as rearranging the furniture to accommodate us. I would really recommend them for such an event. They were great!

Love the decor in the mani/pedi area and pretty comfortable facial. The downstairs decor could be improved.

I had gone for a full body massage at Cucumba. The experience was wonderful. I left the place a lot more relaxed than I had been in months! Would definitely recommend Shehnaz for full body massage

had the worst experience here- no respect of customer's time even if you book an appointment ahead of time. The lady who did my waxing was very unprofessional - left several patches on my arm, broken hair and redness that I've never experienced before. And of course, I was still asked to pay the full amount despite such a shoddy job. Rest assured, I would not be visiting this place ever again.

Had a 30 minute massage for £33 - was in a lot of pain (carrying backpack all day) and therapist Judy did a really good job of pulling many knots out. I fel that she was kind, friendly, put a lot of physical effort in, and that she didnt give me a standard/gentle massage but one that would actually deal with the issue. Recommended!

WORST NAIL/TREATMENT SALON IN LONDON. I have lived in London for 15 years and have visited a lot of pamper salons in my time and this is by far the worst. The staff (especially one staff member...not sure if she is the owner) is rude and just chats about her personal life to the other members. Not what you want in a 'relaxing' environment. I had a manicure and pedicure and paid a fortune for possible the worst mani/pedi I have ever had! They don't care about the treatments and the experience is stressful and slapdash. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S AWFUL

Went for threading and afterwards I ended up with inflamed skin and cuts across my face. Won't be going back.

Worst nail experience I have had in a longtime. The owner and salon manager spent the whole time running through receipts next to me, talking about missing invoices and gaps in their billing system. I have worked in salons and whilst I know this is part of owning a business, this should not be completed client facing.

The Salon manager was rude and blunt to two very obvious new trainees and when I was due to pay just walked away and sat on her laptop.

My technician was very sweet, however the manicure was slow, cuticles weren't trimmed efficient etc. I would say she is a junior technician at best but I was charged for a deluxe manicure for nearly £50.

The salon lacks any feel of luxury yet they charge over the odds for a questionable service.

I would honestly recommend finding somewhere else to be pampered. Such a shame as they have a great location in soho and an excellent colour selection.
