I've sourced some frozen Herefordshire rhubarb....... Question - Rhubarb & Vanilla, or Rhubarb, Orange and GInger Cordial?

A message to Christmas haters.... I dare you to hate this new creation of mine.... Quince and Cranberry Jelly. I'm calling it Quincessentially Christmas Jelly. At least £1 will go to Sifa Work from every jar sold. So, I blatantly cash in on using the word Christmas..... And shove cranberries in the mix...... Who will not buy it? Who cannot buy it when it will not line my pocket but support Sifa and the work they do with the homeless.... And Christmas is a particularly shitty time of year for those withouth rooves over their heads. It will be ready to buy from Friday 19th October!!!

Already ready for Stirchley Community Market at Stirchley Baths tmrw from 4pm. Wild garlic oil made with cold pressed Shropshire rapeseed oil and wild garlic from Augernik Fruit Farm. Tis lush. I can't make it quick enough. Xx

Wild garlic is finally upon us. I have a stack of it steeping in organic apple cider vinegar. The wild garlic was picked at Augernik Fruit Farm, by the brook at the bottom of their farm where everything is grown organically. Only problem now is I have to wait around 6 weeks to strain and bottle it ;-)

I've created a fireball of a raw organic vinegar. I'm calling it Cuffufle's Curious Concoction. It's raw apple cider vinegar that has had onion, turmeric, chilli, horseradish, garlic and black pepper steeped in it for 6 weeks. All ingredients are organic. The recipe makes what is thought to be the most powerful antibiotic. I'll have some for sale at @moseley farmers market. NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!!!

On request from numerous customers Kings Norton Farmers' Market I have made a batch of picallili . Veg could not be sourced locally due to it being February and flipping freezing, so I sourced it from the local Co-op Food store that opened on 9th February on Kings Norton Green

Last batch of organic Seville orange marmalade made.....finally! Zero waste this year as pips and pith have gone into our Bokashi composter.

Look at the colour of the organic turmeric and raw apple cider vinegar!! The ones on the left are slightly sweetened with organic unrefined coconut sugar. The ones on thr right are not. You can get them at Stirchley Community Market tmrw and then at Kings Norton Farmers' Market on Saturday xxx

I'm working on a new vinegar. Raw and organic turmeric & apple cider vinegar with the mother. Question..... Do I sweeten it with a touch of organic unrefined coconut sugar or keep it as is?

Now completely obsessed with the wild garlic oil! If you haven't yet, try the cordial with sparkling wine. Amazing!

My son chose some Lemon Barley cordial and it is absolutely phenomenal (especially with a splash of gin!!! *hic*)
