Here at Croydon Health Services, we strive to provide young parents with a unique service specific to their individual needs.
As soon as you have confirmed your pregnancy, you can either ask your GP to refer you to our service or you can self refer, please follow below link for the referral form;

Once we have received your form, we will arrange your booking and scan appointments.
As a young parent aged 19 years or younger, we endevour to provide you with a named midwife throughout your antenatal care. As well as a named midwife, you will also receive tailored 'Pregnancy Booking Packs' and the opportunity to attend ante natal groups specific to young parents. Please keep an eye on the 'CUH Young Parents' page for future group dates.
