Yesterday I visited the workington shop to try and rearrange my holiday to Tenerife next week due to personal reasons. I was served by Claire who was so helpful and kind that when I left I wanted to give her a hug.

Claire managed to change the date of our holiday due to our circumstances at no extra cost and bless her and her colleagues they even stayed after their finishing time to ensure everything went through.

I would recommend cumbria travel to anyone looking to book a holiday.
