Wonderful Wednesday 😍 we had a lovely trip to Aston Pottery in the sunshine this morning followed by a game of Bowls this afternoon.
Learning a new dance sequence with our pom poms makes exercise fun, not to be mistaken for cheerleading practice as one resident said, 😜
Definition of exercise - movements and activities done to keep your body healthy or make it stronger. We do our exercises at least 3 times a week, how many times do you do yours?👍
We certainly had a 'full house' at yesterdays March Bingo game,

Monday morning dance session with Jane is always a good way to keep fit, socialize, and have a laugh.
We put our creative caps on and decided to make some pretty spring flowers as they will last longer than real flowers..
On Friday some residents and staff donned a red nose in aid of Red Nose Day, unfortunately some were camera shy!! We also sold noses at our Tuesday coffee morning.🔴
Away With The Fairies - "A group of old men whose aim is to entertain anyone who wants to be entertained". Well they certainly kept residents, family and friends entertained on Thursday evening.
Traditional Saturday afternoon trip out to support the local football team Oxford United,⚽ it's even better when they win, 😀
Saturday morning cookie club made healthy Banana, oat and sultana cookies 🍪🍪 while others had a social morning in the Bistro reading the daily paper and taking part in March themed quiz..📖💭✏ No prizes for a correct answer, just for fun:- What does March do if it comes in like a Lion?
