unfortunately there were lots of staff around but they seem to be catching up from their Christmas festivities.
Once a member of staff noticed we were interested in buying something.She then got their attention, we were passed over to a lad . He was really selling us but we bought what we wanted..

Came in looking for a laptop, some tall kid called Dom helped me out really, proper polite and everything - solid young lad. Will buy again.

Red head manager was so rude to me. I’m from Australia and was using an Australia card, she didn’t want a bar of it. Asked me for British identification which I obviously don’t have to approve the transaction saying the card wasn’t mine? Will never be going back. And will be telling all my australian friends to avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting customer service and rude staff acting like they own the place, if your serving someone you better act polite. Rude and horrible place. Never going back.

Went to buy new 4k tv staff were very helpful and knowledge able so l purchased it.

Terrible!!!! It's a super super store with no stock!!! We went in for a 75" tv and a cheap tablet to just watch things on and let the grandson to use. Nothing in stock!!

Went to buy a Dyson, just wanted a bit of advice, the chap hadnt got a clue. He showed us a rechargeable hand held Dyson, tipped the contents out, as quick as it was picking it up it was throwing it out. He said vacuums wasn't his thing, he was right there! I asked if I bought a dishwasher could he offer me a deal, he abruptly said NO. So I could have spent around £500 more like £600 today with both a dishwasher and a Dyson. If he had just said we could give you free delivery and fitting I would have had a dishwasher. Sadly I needed the Dyson but as they are not keen on my money I think I will shop elsewhere!!!

I've been in here many times and spoken with staff a few of those times about products I've been considering. Generally the staff are good, and some of them are exceptional and very knowledge; but this aspect can be a bit hit and miss. Had a chat with a very clued up gent last time I was in, regarding 4k TV's. I consider myself very tech savvy, and read a lot online. His info was spot on, and I learnt a thing or two. At the end of the day, that's how it should be. However, unfortunately so many times I've chatted with staff at electrical stores I've been fed absolute BS just for the pushing of sales. It's a shame not all staff are as knowledgeable as a couple of the ones I've spoken with here - I guess some just aren't interested in learning about the products they are trying to sell, which is a shame.

Yes a minefield of washing machines. Eventually caught the attention of a young man who was polite and showed me several makes, saying what disc. I could get and guarantee etc. Showed me how to work the different cycles etc. His name was Shaun

Looking at cameras. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We went to research three different camera and against this they recommended a fourth option which was superior.

Recent visit to buy TV was disappointing. None of the TVs on show I was interested in were in stock but they were happy to arrange delivery. If I wanted something delivered, I'd not have bothered going to the shop. Please increase stock levels.

Humongous shop. Really it's like a warehouse. Computers, laptops, TVs and many shiny gadgets for the home. Just simply love it. The store is laid out nicely and very served by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reminds us why not everything needs to be online.

Staff are keen to help but equally happy to leave you to browse. The refurbished is much better for layout and content. Bug carphone presence now in store.
