We had fantastic help and service from Jimmy in store today. He spent time helping us find the right products without the hard sell. It's great to feel someone has gone the extra mile.

We have several more appliances to buy for our newly renovated home and will definitely be back thanks to Jimmy and his great customer service.

they can not be bothered to ask customers to keep their kids under control place was like a zoo today kids screaming like monkeys swinging on chairs gave up and left nitemare

Went to pick up a LG tv from here.. Got it and started to drive home when I get a phone call to say they have given us somebody's else tv, so we had to turn round (wasting petrol) got back to the store to find out the other person had opened the box! We were then told they had made sure everything was there and was ok! We were then given £50 for the inconvenience!.... Drove home really excited! To then find out the was a massive scratch on the screen, no battery's for the remote and not even one cable for the tv! Absolutely ridiculous!

Just visited currys pcworld to buy ink cartridges for a cannon Pixma printer i brought from there a few months ago only to be told they don't stock all the inks to the printers they sell. I was then told by staff with pcworld logo on uniform to go to pcworld?. I think they should tell people they don't stock the inks before they sell you the printer.

I took a 2 laptops in one was under guarantee and other was whatever happens cover got two Email one week later telling me that both had come back and ready to be picked up had then three day to find that the one with whatever happens cover does not work it is exactly the same problems it went in for so tomorrow I be going back to ask if they might sort it out or a replacement which cover offers you!! so will let you all know what they say??

I bought oven delivered Sunday came with a broken door they told me they would send the clips needed l have phoned on 3occasions, I was put on hold for 20 mins and am still waiting for the parts wouldn't shop there again

Disgraceful - bought a vacuum cleaner brand 'hoover' upright within 6 weeks of purchase unnoticed something wasn't right. Had to get my partner to look and noticed the belt had snapped. Therefore I rang customer service they said "no problem take it back to the shop you bought it from they will exchange or send item to be repaired" when we got to the shop we spoke to a manager who stated there was nothing he could do. We had to ring the repair number. We stated we would contact trading standards. After contacting trading standards they said we have a consumer right acts policy (I have read). Today I spent 1.5 hours of phone calls to get my hoover repaired I rang the manufacturer who stated a belt isn't in warranty and would have to pay. The whole process is a shambles do not buy anything from curries they are money making and not customer satisfaction and there service is shocking !!!!!!!!!

Called in again after being ignored yesterday in the slim off chance of some service at 5pm. Alas stood around for 25 mins with no staff to be seen at all. 5.25pm 2 members of staff arrive and quickly stand by the door chatting to each other! walked out again. Shamefully customer service. Only wanted 2 tvs. Dvd player and sound system! Get your act together currys.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a washing machine, dryer and a fridge freezer, driver turns up with 2 fridge freezers and the dryer, lady who served us realised it was her mistake but has asked us for the difference,no apology given. Strange how she tried to sell us insurance for a washing machine she hadn’t even addied to our order.
