What is the point in a shop if they carry no stock and everything must be ordered 24hr in advance and collected in shop? Didn't even have Samsung's best seller basic mono laser printer in. Why wait 24hrs to go collect when I can order elsewhere, same price, delivered to my door in the same time, free of charge? Terrible business model.

Served by lovely young lady. Got new fridge freezer, exactly what I need. 5 year warranty, £120 off! Just the job.

Disappointed in staff on my last visit to carphone warehouse wasn't allowed a cash purchase of a few phones without giving my name and address. Just wanted the phones not bombarding with unsolicited mail and adverts. Their loss argos gain.

Disappointed. I wanted to purchase some Bluetooth headphones and suitable telephone to connect. Lots of staff wandering around and nobody able to help. I was advised to purchase the telephone online and offered just one set of headphones but was unable to have a demonstration. I decided to purchase everything I needed online as I can return them if I am not satisfied.

Visited last month as son an l both needed new freezes. Found what we were looking for, sadly had not got our choice in stock. Advised to book on line which we did delivered 4 days later

Easy parking, but very pushy sales staff, pestered me on the way in, then the same sales person tried to block me on my way out, not the way to get a sale from me.

Goods seemed over priced and only a small selection of each, except for the most expensive.

Well how can I explain my experience at the PC World in Keighley without ranting? Went in for a friend of mine to get a refund on a laptop which he had been mis- sold. he didn't even like it. When I started talking to the woman about the fact that it had been set up wrong, proxy server was enabled, McAfee had been forced on him, the date and time was US eastern, etc. She rolled her eyes and started checking it. When I then asked her why she was checking the configuration when we wanted a refund she said that she was checking to see if it was broken. Why? I don't know. She did change her tune when I started to read the PC World guarantee out to her though which stated that even if you didn't like the product you could get a refund. In fact I'm not going to go on with this review as it is taking time away from my day. My recommendation of 1 star is an exaggeration. If I could give zero then I would. Don't use them they are pushing their own agenda and selling you what you don't need but suits their pocket.

Okay stock. Easy parking. Staff seemed obsessed with selling security packs for tablets, easily available for free elsewhere.

Very very rude staff and one of the managers thinks he's above everyone else. Very smarmy and very poor customer service from him. Would not recommend at all, unless you enjoy being treated like an idiot and having the staff who are serving you pulled away constantly, turning a quick trip into what seems like a weekend away - or at least the same length of time.

Wouldn't normally purchase from a high street store, but needed a microwave as soon as poss. Price was competitive and staff were helpful.
