Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place. They sell faulty products and after do not take any responsibility. I will never buy anything here. Go to John Lewis as they will match the price and give you 3 years guarantee instead of 1 and far more better service and quality

Awesome. So big, so many computers on display to try out!! Laptops and desktops. Great layout, helpful staff who asked if you needed help but didn’t pester. Loved it!

Easy to find what we went for. Wide selection. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Help to take tv out of the shop. Very good service.

Waited about 15 minutes with no help, finally someone walks my way but proceeds to walk right past me without even aknowledging me in any way. I then went to actively find someone to help me with purchasing a laptop and finding out the requirements to purchase on to pay off monthly. He took me to a Web page to check if I am eligible. He then left saying he'll be back. I completed the form and waited another 15 minutes. No one came back so I left.

I visited this store twice to purchase an integrated washing machine, on the first visit I gave up after trying to find an assistant who would be able to help for more than 20 minutes - the store seemed incredibly understaffed.

I returned to store for a second time when I ordered an indesit integrated washing machine which whilst currently out of stock I was assured would be available for delivery within 3 days - a week later having called the central support number I was told this product is not in stock, has been out of stock for some time and they have no idea when the product may be available. I asked to cancel the order and was told this could only be done by revisiting the branch.

Poor service throughout and would go out of my way not to use this company again

Great store staff unattentive and the lots of laptops weren't working for a trial. Loads of staff in the store and none of them seeming to be working

DO NOT GO. DO NOT BUY THERE. the worst customer service ever experienced. If you are so unwise to buy there DO NOT purchase look on line to buy home cinema systems one web site it was in stock but when i got there it was not the staff said they don't keep any thing in stuck if you order on line you still cant go to store and get i pay £10 in cab to get there the suff was not of an help at all and i phone in to make a complaint was keep on phone for 15 min and was not put on to right person, do not shop there dont go the all stuff was standing round chatting not helping customers i will not shop. very bad

Good location with free parking. Good range of products. The staff in the computer section lack even the most basic product knowledge.

I definitely recommend to be seen by Adam. His customer service was amazing. Have never been treated so well. Left with a great experience. I would gladly come back. Thank you Adam.

Awful staff. First time I went, they were not even able to explain the payment options, they had no idea what they were talking about. And the second time, they were very rude. Apparently they work on commission and if you don't say yes to whatever they're trying to sell you (anti-virus, Office...), they don't even try faking being nice. The guy who sold me the laptop gave me the receipt and left immediately after. No goodbye, thank you for shopping here or anything. I didn't even have time to put my credit card back in my wallet and he was gone.

Bing come into this place for years staff are always helpful and always like going back free parking for a few hours and it's a really big store so is worth coming to have a look

Near enough non existent customer service. Watch out also for being sold packages you don't really want. Went to look for a laptop and was told the only ones they had available had already been preloaded with a package that cost an extra £50. Not something you absolutely need or want and they can't uninstall either. Real hogwash in my opinion. Needless to say that was my first and last time you are going to see me at Curry's.

Rudest and most unhelpful managers I have ever experienced. We went ready to buy some big budget items and left with nothing due to awful service. The only helpful member of staff told us she was leaving and was totally sympathetic to us not buying items after she witnessed her manager in action. A disgrace!

Absolutely terrible experience every time I go to this store. I will not be going again! The people working there are rude, uneducated & clearly do not understand customer service. One staff member told me to wait whilst he stood and chatted to his friend who didn't even work at the store. We waited patiently and then tried to speak to another staff member but all told me they were busy. I then just walked out and went straight to John Lewis where I was treated like a proper paying customer.
