The service from Jack, one of the managers was superb, sorted us out with a laptop at a great price and spec really good experience.

Not the best service, repairs sent out a few times now still no fix will be requesting a refund. Go Preston PC World if you must or Scan.

Just popped in to look at the vacuum cleaners as we are thinking of changing our old heavy Kirby ..wasn't expecting such a range the choice was mind boggling, we weren't bothered by any pushy sales person but one was deadly available and helpful when we did,which is as it should be in my opinion, hence the 5 stars.

Lots of free parking outside, the shop itself is ok however if feels like it needs updating a bit, during my last visit some of the shelves were not stocked particularly well

Always go there for latest gadgets.. but don't ask the staff for any queries about the products as they don't have a clue or just lie.
Bought a smart telly, took my time, asked loads of questions regarding the product as this telly should or at least I was told it would come with a smart remote as per the manufacturer website and a salesman. Long and short of the story, it DIDN'T and they wanted to charge me for one which it got for half the price at John Lewis. Research online about the product you want to purchase and don't bother with the cabbages they call staff.

Customer service is not a term understood in this place, let alone good customer service. I would also mention that the staff I have spoken to in this store are not really clued up on what all the technical jargon means and as such steer you towards the wrong products through ignorance
