Awful they signed us up for product support that we didn't agree to and then "forgot" to cancel it. Don't buy from this store go online !

Went in with a query regarding delivery of American fridge freezer. The manager was most unhelpful but taq on know how went out of his way to be helpful to ensure that my delivery could go ahead.

What happened to do the days when you could ring through to the store and speak to someone ?! Instead you have to spend 15mins on the phone going through menu options only to be put through to customer services who try and transfer you but it just rings out ! ��

After phoning customer services I was told that the Sutton Coldfield store had the kettle of my choice in stock .

So I made my journey there . I picked up the matching toaster then asked at the desk for the kettle as there were none on the shelf . I told them they were showing 2 in stock . A member of staff checked the stick room, there was not any there . I asked for them to look again after a tut tut tut a different member looked and was told no . I told her I was disgusted as I had made a special journey and there stock control needs looking at . I did not purchase the toaster . I have since ordered both on amazon . Very disappointing visit not very friendly staff. Will not be returning yo currys any time soon .

Went there today to buy myself a new laptop with my birthday money had to wait for someone to serve us and we managed to get what I was looking for and the man who told us bout it was a nice man helpful as anything got to the till to pay and it came up with the wrong price so we questioned it and it was more then it says on the ticket and then when I questioned it I have one of your staff arguing with me saying we had the wrong box I'm sorry but that women need to learn bout customer service and not talk to her customers like that I've not got angry before at anyone in a shop but she was damn right rude! Never going back to that store again!

Took my laptop to ve looked at don't even work now I got it back home I shall be back tomorrow with the laptop and I want it fixed properly !!!!

They have an employee standing at the door who tries to interrogate every single visitor about 'the reason for your visit today'.

I would never set foot in one of their stores again - disgusting customer service - my advice - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was told to go to junction nine to receive a same day repair and got all the way to junction nine to be told it takes the same 7 to ten days it would if I would of sent it at your shop

I have just visited your store to purchase a fridge freezer and dishwasher. There were 6 staff members on the shop floor, 2 having a chat by the computers, 2 by the TVs and 2 behind the counter serving. I selected the items I wanted to order and approached a (chatting) staff member to ask if someone could take my order. After a 10 minute wait one of the assistants lent me a pen so I could write down the product numbers. I will now go home and order the products from another retailer. Thanks for having a showroom which allows your competitors to showcase their goods, pity you don't sell them too.

I have a Hotpoint 'fire risk' tumble dryer that's been reported in the press.

Manager called 'Whatever Happens' insurance warranty people on my behalf who said my warranty was null and void as this was a 'recall' product.

I wrote a very polite letter to Currys' CEO, received a reply from customer services offering modification from Hotpoint or for me to pay £99 for a replacement, as a gesture of goodwill!

I called the insurers myself, very arrogant, would do nothing. Told to go back to Hotpoint.

Would just like to say, folks, if you do decide to make your purchase from Currys, don't even bother with the extra warranty. Not worth the paper it's written on.

This dryer is a potential death trap. Wanted Currys to do the right thing and give me a refund for the dryer and the warranty payment.

Shame on you, Currys!
