Hi can you please tell me why the new samsung crystal nano 50in tv is the same price as the 55in at all other stockists , and is the 50 in exclusive to currys ,thanks richard

Great people to help us purchase a selection of items. Staff was very informative and spent a lot time explaining each and every purchase

Went in for laptop I found on their website. told I needed various programs so decided to go for it. then none at store told to go to Pontefract or Leeds so went to teeside park (7 in stock) but just hated the sales pitch it was terrible wish they would change their meet and greet and upsales style it's awful and by looking at this review page they need to !!! After arriving at teeside Park i was given another awful sales pitch and told they didn't have any in stock apart from ones that were already uploaded!!! (£35) I said l would think about it and went off and bought a dyson v8 from a great dyson rep who then brought it to the till point and they weren't very enthusiastic about the £20 price (John Lewis) match I wanted. After paying I wanted to look at further items a 6.5litre slow cooker saw it was on offer £17.99 asked a sales assistant and in a can't be bothered attitude didn't want to come over to help as I couldn't find any on the shelf ! So I asked another SA and I also wanted an electric egg poacher but was told they didn't have any! Well by now (frustrated) I reported this to the till lady as I collected my dyson ! Who did want to rectify but I needed a coffee and went off for one my son researched their website to find they did have the Lenovo laptop I'd originally gone for

and we went back we showed the cashier our phone and he Kristopher went off and brought us the one I wanted thanks to him I left the store with mixed feelings I thanked Kristopher very much as I left and he probably got a big bollocking from his senior managers as I could see he was terrified from their reactions to say the least!

i will admit ive had my fair share of horrfic experiences with this company (the branch members arnt stars them selfs) but upon my last trip they was quite useful and took my laptop in for repair, however one thing that puzzles me is i sent it in on windows 10 and came back on windows 8, ive only just put a qurey in so shall see where it goes, this has the potential to be both either a good or bad review...

What is the actual point of having staff when they pester you when you don't need them and hide when you do? Not to mention the usual excuse of 'I'm sorry I don't work on that department so I don't know the answer' when you DO manage to track one of them down - not that they offer to find someone who DOES have the answer they just systematically vanish into thin air again!

Finally got an answer as to whether the printer would print on card (as I do a lot of craft work and our old workhorse of a printer finally died) and we were told yes using the rear printing slot. WRONG. So we've spent over £100 on a printer that won't do what I've bought it to do - meaning I'm having to outsource a job I could have done myself, costing my customers more.

Waste of time and money.

Not even worth 1 star!! Crap service rude staff that have no idea what their taking about! Get it sorted!!

Keep well clear. no interest in helping you with a problem just want to line their pockets, have had a bad experience with them before, now learnt my lesson for the second time. Bad attitude with no interest in future sales

Having taken out insurance for a note book, and asked if it would be covered if it was dropped in a swimming pool, as I'm a swim teacher / scuba diving instructor and only needed t he note book to be used at the pool, after this happens for the second time in 5 years which i would say isn't bad, they are refusing to repair said note book as it's not covered on the policy, but yet fixed it the first time without and problems nor did they mention this to me, so thank you for nothing !!! Oh and won't even give me a refund on what I've paid, waste 0f money, shocking customer service because you can't even speak to someone it's all done via letters, not even emails !!!! Dick turpin at least wore a mask when he robbed people,
