Richard arranged for a new fridge freezer to be delivered within 24 hours when I discovered I had unknowingly purchased an ice maker that required plumbing in. I wasn't aware of the options at POS & the transition was made straightforward with fantastic service levels & respect. I discovered that the water repository was cracked on the new appliance-took it in to Richard again & replaced in 5 minutes.

I was in yesterday and 2 of the lads were very helpful... they sorted out the problem I had but now I have had an email saying there is a problem with my order... could one of them please contact me please they will know what it's about #andrewlittle

In PC world, standing in networking section, gets mobbed by this boy who asks can I help you? Yes, looking for a gigabit network switch...... big pause, and the reply was in all the time I have been here never been asked for one of those! (As he looked 12 not surprised) So I look at him, waiting for I'll get someone who can help, instead he looks around at the ceiling signs (we were already in networking section) and says not sure where you will find them! By this point I had found them and was looking for the one I wanted, which they didn't have, and his response was if it's not on the shelf we won't have it..... No, I will just check our stock, or maybe this 1 would do same job, nothing!

Chose to pick up at tv stand at this store as it stated on the website open at 8am. Got there at five past 8 and it wasn’t open until 9! Several people also turned up between 8-9 as their confirmation of order form said 8am. When the shop did open there was problems with the tills. The two staff I spoke to were friendly enough.

Carphone warehouse in currys, make promises they can't keep in reference to price matching vodafone on upgrades!! Wasted my time, can't get a better deal than here they say! When proven otherwise can't keep to their word. Unstaffed, long waiting times and unfriendly customer service. Advertise offers on their own website and then state they don't exist! Never again... went and upgraded somewhere else!

What a joke!!! Been in store over an hour to try and sort a problem that currys have had our iPad for 19 days and it's not fixable, yet we're not going to be leaving store with no iPad and no money!!!! So much for a care plan that we paid extra for!!! What an absolute joke!!

Really frustrated and annoyed . This is the second laptop we've had in 6 months . The first one failed after 3 weeks as the drivers were faulty . The second laptop has also failed and got sent for repair , delivered back to currys then they sent it off again as it still wasn't fixed ! So this is going to be nearly two weeks without a computer ! And we're trying to set up a business .

I'm really disappointed in the service, as it's shocking to know that I have been sold a Shark Hoover for £200 on 3rd Jan with promise of being available in a week. It is 31st January today and no one had contacted me back until this afternoon leaving a voicemail saying the model is not Available anymore and can either get a refund or another Shark. Only if I could have have been contacted in a week after the sale, moreover I had to chase several times to get the real picture. Very poor customer service, extremely unhappy as a customer

I bought a cheap curry's essential freezer last week as I needed something quickly. It was delivered as promised on Saturday 16th September. By Monday morning it became apparent it didn't work at all. £60 worth of food ruined. I called the central number and was given a code to go back to the Kingston Park store to order a replacement. I was pleased when they claimed they could deliver the new appliance on Tuesday 19th. I received a text to say it would arrive between 14.10 and 18.10. We have waited in for this to arrive all day. I've just rung the central number, it took over 15 minutes to speak to someone, who was very disinterested. He eventually put me on hold again while he rang the local dept. He then reported the deliveries were delayed, maybe by an hour and a half, but my freezer should be delivered. When I asked why I didn't get a text to let me know that he seemed surprised I thought it was a problem, apparently the time slot is just a lucky guess for guidance and should not be relied upon for the delivery time. I would have thought 4 hours was a pretty easy target to hit.

With regard to the spoiled food Currys don't seem to think that's their business, even though it was their faulty appliance that ruined it. I insisted the store took a list of what was spoiled, they said they'd email it to their head office and they'd 'consider it' .

I'm feeling very let down by curry's, the attitude of their call centre personnel leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely avoiding them in the future.

I bought a fridge 2 week ago and after 2 different tentative to get it delivered they brought the wrong one. Back to the branch and basically the bloke who served me took the wrong order for the wrong item but they keep saying it was my fault, obviously I have chosen the wrong one, why I should ask for something different from what I want?

Because it’s my fault I wanted money back and gonna change vendor ... unfortunately after you pay they don’t care about customer!!!

After 2 week from order i haven’t received a fridge and it will take another 2 week at least to have a new one ... Happy Christmas Currys!

Disgusting customer service and sell faulty products. Even the staff say the products they sell are questionable. I would never step foot in this store again or buy anything from currys.

Can't find out where the laptop is as they won't pick phone up when I ring advice line ...the worst customer service I have witnessed

Bought a tv in November just took out of the box to put on wall & it's broken & cant do anything as i didn't report it within 48 hrs looking at the tv it looks fine only until you plug in.��

Bought a HOOVER HCS5172WK 50/50 Fridge Freezer - White

Product code: 194849 on line after viewing it in store. The only mention of where NOT to store it was in the small print which was shown in an arrow UNDER the description. It worked for two weeks in our garage and then the freezer stopped and most of my Christmas food was thawed. Both Hoover & Currys have stated that as it's in my garage I have no recourse. Hoover wouldn't send an engineer out (as it's in my garage) other than at my cost. I would not have bought this had the reference to it's placing been more noticeable when I was viewing the product info. I wish I could change my review of the product as it's now useless. This item should have a warning across the door informing purchasers of how and where it will work.
