More workouts to follow. What you need to have ready. Motivational music (email me if you need some)Mat (towel will do) trainers (no slippers please) clock to time your workout. Equipment ball/balloon/bands/skipping rope/hoola/etc. Resistance aids (see milk bottles 2 or 4 pints or water bottles filled with water. The handles will help. Finally our stretching table. We will not have time for stretching in the class so make sure you finish your workout using the Curves stretches. You also need a sturdy chair. Workout to follow Sylvia

Keep balloon in the air if it falls to the floor start again. Time in the air 80+ 4 mins 60-79 6 mins you youngsters can keep going until bored. Workout in trainers in an open space and drink water.
