For mortgages we can be paid by commission, or a fee of usually £200 or a combination of both. The FCA does not regulate will writing, commercial mortgages and some forms of buy to let mortgages. For commercial mortgages and will planning we act as introducers only. We have been in Plymstock, Plymouth since 1993 and a Limited Company since 2012.
