just had our windows and patio doors replaced. Really pleased with the products. we asked that the new windows had the same look as our old windows, they got them spot on. the two guys who fitted the windows, were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they left the place clean and tidy. Yesterday we had some new windows and a door fitted by Tom and Dave of Custom Glaze. The project was a rather challenging one to a very old property but this did not phase them one bit. Dave and Tom obviously have a lot of pride in their work and are professional, polite, prompt and very accommodating. Thank you. We would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Glaze to anyone.

We have used Custom Glaze for a number of windows and a new front door. Every time the fitters have been fantastic and the customer service is second to none! Very happy indeed.

Used custom glaze last year for our front and back door really impressed with everything from start to finish. After sales have been great to when couple things needed doing very prompt and ready to resolve. Hence we wanted all our windows replaced so just one phone call necessary . Custom glaze, they started Tuesday lunch time and completed late morning today , again impressed with service and products, staff excellent polite and helpful, everyone we have dealt with last year and this.

I have had Ben and Jacob at my home replacing all the Windows and doors for the last day and a half. They have done a brilliant job, no damage, cleaned up after themselves both days, were polite and pleasant to have around. I was very impressed with the respect they showed when my neighbours funeral cars arrived, they stopped drilling and banging from the time the hearse arrived until it and the mourners had left for the service and burial. Thank you lads and thank you Custom Glaze.

Had windows done last April, look lovely, lads that fitted were fab too and very tidy. Had a couple of very small issues since which have been rectified very quickly with no quibble at all. Also had my mother's property fitted by custom glaze and were equally as happy. Would have no issues recommending. None of this hard sell rubbish you get with the big corporates too

From start to finish custom glaze customer service has been phenomenal. All appointments made have all been met punctual & professional. Mick installed our new front door & windows he was clean, tidy & professional with his work. We will highly recommend & order the rest of our windows from custom glaze.

Custom Glaze were fantastic, no damage caused to tiles where the windows removed, cleaned up after there selves. Very efficient, nothing was to much trouble. I can't rate the workmanship highly enough. No messing about with pricing, like some companies starting high & then knocking down. Really bad customer service. They make mistakes and expect their customer to pay for it. Then they cancel and steal the deposit
