Have you ever been to a meeting and thought it was a waste of time? This course looks at how to make meetings work better for the organiser and the attendees.
We will consider how best to prepare for an effective meeting, looking at purpose, participants, agenda, and roles of key attendees. We will also look at venue, accessibility and comfort.
