After being messed around with other estate agents for about a year it was a sigh of relief when we were fortunate enough to deal with The lovely people from CWB.



We recently bought a house that was up for probate and to further complicate things the seller lives in Australia �but even still CWB made the entire experience almost painless, they even chased up the solicitors on both sides! �and they kept us up to date with every stage of the purchase.



Over all the best estate agents I have ever come across and would highly recommend to anybody! ��

After a very long period of waiting for outstanding enquiries from third parties I was fortunate enough to gain the assistance of CWB’s Zoe and with her help the enquiries were chased continually and as such were finalised far quicker than anticipated. Thanks to all for your assistance, with special mention to Zoe who’s dedication and professionalism can only serve as a huge asset to this company.

Put an offer in on a property. They didn't let me even know it wasn't accepted. Didn't bother letting me know the viewing had been cancelled. I ended up phoning them for them to tell me another offer had been accepted. Had to take time off work because they could only do viewings at a certain time. Their apology came a little too late. Let's hope they learn from this
