The Customer Experience Management Association - known simply as the CXMA - has the ambition to become a global community of CX leaders and stakeholders. Founded in the UK in 2022 and hard-launched in May 2023 by the same team behind Directors Club United Kingdom, the CXMA is first and foremost a platform for the development of the customer experience management profession. Our simple motto - Making Amazing™ - captures the essence of CXM and the ambitions of CXMA members. If you are a CX professional or if your role has a stakeholding in CX improvement or transformation, you are very welcome as a member*. Personal membership (free forever) is only open to practitioners who are currently in-post and have a stakeholding in their organisation's CX and or EX. Organisations can apply to be Mission Support Members and help steer the direction of the CX profession. Consultants, technology vendors, and BPOs can apply to be Mission Partner Members, we have Silver, Gold and Platinum packages available. Our Mission Partners will play an important role in educating our Members on the emerging technologies that are changing the CX landscape. *We cannot accept applications for Personal membership from those wishing to sell to our members. B2B vendors and consultants and their representatives must apply for Partner membership.
