I have so many tight muscles from teaching a crazy amount of classes per week and have stupidly been putting off having a massage. I’m so glad I found Charlotte. She knows her stuff and went well over the hour to give me a thorough MOT, that I needed!!! Clearly knows her stuff and I will definitely be having regular massages with her. My partner has been suffering so badly with her back and she is now pain free and more mobile after a deep tissue massage with Charlotte too. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough.

I had the most amazing massage today! I feel like a different person. Charlotte took a good medical history and asked me to discuss what I needed. I suffer from scoliosis, and have had pain my whole life. After 35 years, I have finally found someone who understands what I require to improve my posture, improve my mobility and reduce my pain. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone who needs a massage to improve their pain, stiffness and tightness. Thank you. I will definitely come back again! �

Feeling fantastic after a head to toe deep tissue massage. I’ve booked another one in before my Marathon and will continue to have them after that.
