Although our portfolio is full with stories of projects with changed requirements, moving targets and risk management, we have always managed to deliver quality services both on time and on budget. To us, challenges should be met with patience and even greater tenacity and commitment. So far, we do not have any dissatisfied client or partner. Our people, affectionately referred to as cyantists, keep their eyes and ears open and never stop to communicate with the client. If you want to consider one single principle that underlies anything that our organisation does, that would be that we listen. After all, there are so many stories of consultants hearing but not really listening in our industry that we just didn''t want our story to be added to the collection. Today we are a member of a network of independent IT consultants which operates across the globe and shares knowledge, resources and opportunities.
