When a friend heard my teenage kid and I were heading to Camden from up in Scotland, she advised us this was the most important place for us to go. All I can say is, best advice ever and between us we spent all our money here! We were amazed by everything, like coolest place in the universe, lovely helpful staff also. The clothes we bought are great quality, coolest stuff ever and we will be saving up to return and buy even more as soon as we can. All in all epic, if you go to one store to shop in London make it Cyberdog.

This shop is awesome staff very friendly and welcoming. 8ta very rare I visit the same shop twice in the same day. I didn't realise how big this shop was 3 floors. And even live dancers high up on the wall it was awesome

Nice and very sweet and special staff. What a special shop. I like very much the extravaganza touch of the shop. Also good dj and music. A unique experience!

I've been a fan for years! <3 my only concern is that the womens sizes are sooo small! Time to expand your sizes beyond S-M-L guys!

I ordered a tank, a shirt, and a vest literally less than a week ago and I’ve just signed for my package! So fast and the sizing is perfect and I am super happy with my purchase! Plus free worldwide shipping wasn’t too bad either.

I like dancing here, the staff are honestly lovely (biased perhaps) but they’re all super hard working, and it’s a great place to visit

FANTASTIC customer service I placed an order online and royal mail lost it I called and explained i had wanted the item for a festival this weekend so they called me and sent a new one special delivery a size smaller in the hope it will fit with a returns label incase it doesn EXCELLENT customer service went above & beyond xxxx

Their customer support is really one of the worst I’ve ever seen! I bought a T-shirt in the shop in Camden, and when I was at home I realized that they left the anti theft tag on the item. I couldn’t go tho the shop since I was flying back to Italy, so when I arrived I sent them an email e wrote a message on Facebook to ask about returning the product. I asked if I could ship the product and receive back a new one, I could also attach pictures of the bill since I have everything with me. They didn’t answer the email and didn’t reply here on Facebook, I sent another message but nothing. I am really upset and I am not going to remove the tag myself! I hope you never need for their help, even for a little problem, because they won’t listen to you. They don’t reply to you that it’s impossible, they just don’t answer you!!

What an awful experience visiting yesterday! Me and my friends visited Cyberdog yesterday when we did put some tester makeup on and then told by a female member of staff to not so where we apologised for doing so. Then a male member of staff who had longish hair and a load of rubbish tattoos just intervened with such an aggressive manner shouting at us and just looking for an argument. Ranting on and on asking would we do this in MAC or Debenhams we responded that yeah we would. For him to then call my partner a knob! Escorted us out of the shop still shouting at us taking us to the security asking him to kick us out of the market. The security guy was extremely puzzled and told him that we would not be getting thrown out of the market. He then kept lying about what actually happened before stamping his feet and storming away looking like a complete idiot! Members of the public standing were laughing at the absurdity of his behaviour!

We were in Camden yesterday for my birthday. Went into the shop with my friends and the music was nice and loud as always and myself and friends were just having a little dance enjoying ourselves, literally with our hands didn't have phones out, didn't bump into anyone or touch anything and people were smiling and joining in, when we were approached by a rude member of staff who basically shouted and told us off for dancing! Said we were upsetting other customers....i can assure you we weren't just a bit of fun. Very rude and put us off buying anything. Even when we got to another part of the shop we heard a member of staff get a message on radio about us so we're being watched as if we had caused trouble when all we did was having a little dance and fun. Considering the shops full of dancers what is the problem? Rude and has put me off visiting again!!!!!!

This place is just a joke. I went there on Mothers Day 2017 and nearly had my mobile phone ripped from my hand by a very unprofessional Sales Assistant.

I hadn't seen the 'no photos' sign when I entered the place and was just about to take a photo of a very fascinating moving display when a young lad screamed at me and tried to snatch my phone from my hand. He hadn't bargained for my 2 sons to be nearby who challenged his unprofessional behaviour.

He acted like a small child, stamping his feet and shreeking about calling Security to remove us from 'HIS' shop and from the Market...�

As a Shopkeeper myself I felt compelled to report his behaviour to his 'Manager' Who said that he would be spoken to about what he had done as it wasn't acceptable. He should have drawn my attention to the notice and not made such a scene!

This young salesperson, obviously has issues and shouldn't be working with the public. His behaviour was extremely immature and unfortunately as he represents the shop I certainly won't ever go back there again I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone.

Shopping as a Tourist should be a pleasure not such an unpleasant experience.

Extremely rude staff member guy with the awful neck tattoos tried to kick us out for disagreeing with him if you could try makeup on in high street stores like mac or Debenhams (wish I was joking!). Anyway, he decided to get the security guard involved who told him that we didnt do anything wrong and wouldnt be kicking us out the store. So yeah, great clothes, awful staff.

EXTREMELY rude server in basement. Boyfriend tried to take a photo of an item I may be interested in and was shouted at by server, black female approx mid 30s, demanded he delete photo as it was a sex shop, he said he didnt know as upstairs its a 'clothes shop', she cut him off each sentence with ok....ok...with a weird smirk. Expecting a full apology.

Customer service is non existent. Considering the extortionate cost of their merchandise you'd expect better frankly. No wonder they're a back Street failed brand clinging onto a music scene in its death throes. Not to worry eh chaps? You'll soon be retro.

Cannot believe that a certain member of staff (with appalling tattoos on his neck) made a huge scene out side in front of everyone because a security guard refused to chuck, out of group people who had just been in to cyberdog.
