just got a bike great service

Bought a second hand bike, experienced a problem but the bike was collected from my home, repaired, and returned within 2 days. Amazing service! Would highly recommend and definitely get future bikes from here. #supportlocalbusinesses

I checked on their website for a front light, which was showing in stock. When I asked for the product in store they said they didn't sell it. I advised it was on their website and they said they don't stock everything that's showing available on their website. I explained what I wanted and asked if they had anything suitable, and the guy just said "thirty quid - ebay". Needing something a bit more urgently I persisted. At this point the guy went into the back and a few minutes later brought out his own bike light that he tried to sell me for £120. I asked about the ones on display and was told they weren't that good. I eventually just took one from the shelf.

Absolutely no help at all. Won't shop there again.
