Just ignored my lad and I for 20 mins. No other customers in there either.

I previously left a bad review for this shop, but I have edited it to this review... I had a really good experience the last two times I shopped here.. bought a fox proframe helmet today. Good price. And a very pleasant experience with the staff. This shop is growing on me now.. I enjoy having a look around and planning my next spend. Recommended.

Purchased an Orbea mountain bike. Great help on the phone, bargain price, speedy delivery (really well checked and packed) and its a great bike. Recommended.

Great service and communications. I bought a cube e-bike during sale for a great price. These guys were able to source the bike from cube supplier where others had advertised on their website but couldnt supply the bike.
They also secured and reserved it for me whilst i was away on holiday. The bike was delivered by courier very quickly and im well happy with it. Top job.

bought a chainstay protector the other day after work, sold me the wrong size (said std would fit but it wasn't even close). also noticed when I got home I had been charged 9.99 when price tag says 6.99 (!!!).

most expensive item I have chucked in the recycle bin for a while ...

But, 8 days for delivering service is unreasonable for 21st century..

Great shop and always looks after loyal customers. i took my bike in 10 years later and the owner knew it was from cycle gear, I got full the works on a service . Great Job

The team was brilliant they all really know there stuff! The manager there is great very nice man and very polite I would suggest this shop to anyone!

If you need any technical advice or work on your bike then I’d 100% recommend popping in and chatting to Chaz. All the work done was fantastic and in a timely manner. Could not be happier with the end result. Fantastic customer service, great advice and one happy customer. Will definitely be back when it’s time for more upgrades! Thanks guys
