Exceptional service and expertise.
I recently took my five-year old commuting bike in for a service; Kevin spotted that the frame was cracked, and between him and Jamie took accountability for arranging a replacement under guarantee, which I picked up this morning.
They managed the whole process - communicating with Ridgeback, and even swapping my mudguard from my old bike to the new one. They even supplied a courtesy bike while I was waiting. I've always taken my bikes here for servicing and parts, and will continue to do so. That's the sort of after-sales service that you wouldn't get with an internet retailer.

Came here for an emergency bike repair a few days ago. The guys were really friendly and also upfront about what they were going to do and how much it would cost before I left my bike with them. They got it done really quickly and to a great standard. Would definitely trust these guys again in the future.

I always go there with my bike problems, and come away feeling that I have just met a man who is an expert in his field and a delight to do business with.
