Excellent service from Ben when we took our two electric bikes in for service. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Unfortunately terrible! Been back three times to fix a flat back tyre, two new inner tubes later and three rounds of "its definitely fixed this time" and I have had enough. Because I work in London during the week I can only go in at the weekend, maybe they don;t have their "A-staff" on at the weekend but they couldn't fix on three occasions. Although it's going to cost me more to go somewhere else I have no faith in them being able to repair something so simple let alone anything complicated. I have to now waste more time going to another repair shop and explaining the situation all over again. Won'r be using them for repairs or to buy a bike.

Fantastic customer service, very friendly took the time to explain to me about different wheel sizes of the scooters, so I was able to choose correctly.. would definitely recommend this be your first stop when shopping for a bike or scooter ..
