Cheap bikes but beware of parts they are super expensive around 5 quid more than other retailers . Break pads disk type front and rear cost me 30 quid yet in halfords for the same part front and back cost me 14 quid.

After calling up and speaking with the knowledgeable service department I brought my bicycle into the store. Despite excellent parts and service charges my bike was beyond economical repair so they helped me choose a new one that fit my requirements and price range. I was able to ride it out of the store with a free service in 6 weeks to allow for adjustments after bedding in. I was able to buy accessories I wanted as well. The staff were polite and I felt that they understood my requirements perfectly. The store is large with a huge selection of bicycles, accessories and related items. The enterence is flat for wheelchair entry and if you park in Sainsbury's next door (2 hours free) you could use a wheelchair all the way to the store. Highly recommended

When visiting Cycle-king in Luton, employees were very helpful and quite polite. Have had no troubles at all so far and I am loving the bike, I would recommend Cycle-king if you're looking to purchase a bike.

Bought a bike for my son and very happy with purchase and services.

Service was ok. Had no problems. Went to get my trye trimmed and it wasn't perfect. But i still using the trye after 3month. So ok. People there ok.

I had purchased a bike from this store a little while ago. There were many issues with the bike. The brakes stopped working effectively after a few days, there were issues with the gears and the tyres just wouldn't hold the required pressure for more than a few days. I went to the store requesting a refund, they did not authorise it although they have to other customers in the past. I opened a dispute with the bank. I repaired the bike myself, now have a fully working bike. The issues occurred one day after purchasing the bike, and the store should have fully refunded me there. Not a recommended bike shop- they sell bikes which have been on display for a time we do not know. Better just to go to Halfords.

Absolutely the best place I've been to get 4 bikes and the most helpful and friendly team I've ever came across.they are really polite and honest staff and there help and understanding is very professional and the best I've ever came across and I definitely recommend these to anyone.I've never received such quality service ever than these have done for me from anyone such a pleasure do business with them.

I have recently visited this cycle store in Luton. Bought a bike with kid carrier. Before buying, I was expecting a good advice and support information regarding a bike. I met Mr Hassan and Mr Liam. Both are very supportive and helpful. They gave me enough time more than I expected to make sure I can choose a bike with confidence. They both are amazing and have excellent customer service skills. Well behaved and above all customer focused. I would recommend this shop for excellent service and great range of bikes. So far my best buying experience.

Awesome shop, had 100s of bikes over the years. Great sales team, shame Fabio moved on as he was a true star performer. The young guy with tattoos is also very helpful and has an astounding knowledge of BMX, never managed to get his name last time! Will forever be my number one bike shop!
