I dropped there my bike for a standard service few weeks ago. They charged me £42 and they dosent do anything with the bike.. 1 week after this service I had problems with the bike: bottom bracket getting noisy and the headset needs replace.. Anyway their standard service include to check this things and clean them but they not even touch the bike! Highly not recommended! Waste of time and money!

Had dropped in for a brake servicing, after a prior chat on the phone. Didn't charge me a penny, as it was a minor defect. Even threw in a quick bit of TLC on the bike to make it road-worthy after a winter hiatus. Kudos to Nick, for his courteous and friendly attitude. These guys are not for making a quick buck, but after customer retention. Super impressed. Will return.

Service over the phone could be improved. I called twice to see which touring bikes were in stock. The first time I called shortly before closing time and was referred to the website. I called again the following morning as I still needed to check sizes in stock. They had a 53 £350-400 Viking in stock, so I went down. It was being built up when I arrived, fine. Was told it would be two minutes. 10-15 mins later it was ready and brought out by a friendly chap from the back. I offered my driving license and and bank card as deposit so I could take it for a spin. "Oh no we cannot do that" I was told , " you have to buy it". I was gobsmacked. Apparently a bike had been stolen 2 weeks before. As it is chain, I have no issue with the people that served me on this but I hope the regional manager reads this.
I have tried 4 bikes in the Crime hotspots of London (also cycling hotspots) Brixton, Hackney and Clapton in the past 2 weeks with zero hassle. In my opinion you will not sell bikes to semi serious cyclists this way, only to parents who want to put a smile on their kids faces. Would you spend £300+ on something without trying it out if you could? You need to find a solution, there is an easy one out there.
I was also told if I was a family it would have been different, which I found rather offensive and discriminatory frankly.
The shop seemed well stocked for helmets, hence the extra star.

Very helpful in diagnosing the problems causing issues with my gears. Also found the price very good. Would recommend.
