Cycle-Ops

I've been using this cycle shop for a few years now for purchases and bike servicing. I have found the staff there very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend a visit. Thank you Cycle-Ops and keep up the good work!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at cycleops. I bought a bike elsewhere and the fit didn't feel right after I was set up on it and I was getting some pain down the back of my legs. I had a bike fit with Paul and now am completely pain free when I cycle and I have changed my riding style based on their help and advice. They always give you the time and advice you need and provide you with honest feedback on any work that needs doing to your bike during a service. Highly recommend.

i went there to look at an electric cycle and they were so very helpful good advice and all round knowledge helped ot get me to the right choice of cycle .professional and extremely helpful staff who make sure you are aware of thwe important things to get the right cycle for oyu .helped me to confirm my choice of accesories things that are actually needed not just sold for the sake of it all in all i was really impressed well done chaps

I've been using Cycle-Ops regularly since it opened way back, however Jake and Paul have really raised the game since taking over last year and the service is now better than ever! They are always prepared to give an honest appraisal whether products are suitable to my needs, even if this means 'losing a sale'.
After much persuasion(!) I invested in a bike fitting last summer and this has saved me £££'s, a tweak to the riding position on my custom built bike has made my 6 weekly osteopath visits are a thing of the past!!

Cycle Ops is now under new management and direction of Paul and Jake. They and their team have a friendly and knowledgeable approach and easily adapt to their customers needs, based on their ability to quickly identify the level of experience and understanding that the customer has.

I have been cycling for years and bought a Trek from Cycle Ops last year, and with careful and thoughtful advice from the team have progressively upgraded my bike to what is now a perfect bike for me, recent chats have been all about marginal gains, not so marginal with some of the upgrades to be honest!

To echo another reviewer, if you tried Cycle Ops before and were not so happy with the experience, now is definitely the time to give them another go, good friendly and professional attention, from Paul Jake and their team, and .... the coffee isn't too bad either.

I had a bike fit at another shop, as it had been recommended to me, but I felt things were not as they should be, and unfortunately the shop showed little interest in putting things right. So once again on recommendation I had another bike fit at Cycle-Ops. The new owners, Jake & Paul, and their staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the bike fit was thorough and very successful. I'm now riding in relative comfort for many miles. The shop is well stocked with bikes, clothing and accessories, and it is always a pleasure to visit. Thanks to all at Cycle-Ops.

This is my go-to cycle shop. Paul, Jake and the team know their stuff and have been very helpful from the start. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to provide the best service and advice. Oh, and the bikes they sell are great too!

I have been a customer at Cycle-Ops for nearly ten years and would not go anywhere else to buy a decent bike, for servicing or advice. The staff really know what they are talking about and do a good job every time. The frame of my 8 year old Trek Madone recently failed and Cycle-Ops took up the matter swiftly with Trek on my behalf; the result is that I now have a brand new carbon frame and no bill to pay, all sorted in under three weeks. That is excellent customer service! Cycle-Ops will never sell you something that they think is wrong for you and sometimes advise waiting before upgrading or changing components - a refreshing attitude which shows that they value the long-term relationship with their customers. They are top drawer.
