Cycle Repairs

Hunted me out the perfect length bolt free of charge just before closing time so I could finish fitting some mudguards

An awful shop by any measure, I would recommend going elsewhere unless you are absolutely desperate.

Asked for a wheel. got told I needed a wheel, cogs and chain (well that is true sometimes). £35 for the wheel, got one off ebay later for £25 with cogs. Both similar standard. When it add up to £55 all told I said it was too much and was told It does tend to add up for serviceable parts. Even Halfords is better!

Went into today looking for a bike helmet. The man in the shop was incredibly rude and abrupt. Did not offer any help or advice and then told me he was "too busy today" and snatched the bike helmet off me that i was looking at. Highly unimpressed. If you are too busy for customers then what's the point in having a bike shop? Would not recommend this shop at all. Far better bike shops in Beeston with courteous and helpful service.

Went in with what turned out to be a minor problem. Fixed it in about two seconds and gave me plenty of free advice.

Never had any major work done there but they seem incredibly capable and eager to provide a high quality service.

Don't get a new PC/Laptop when these guys might be able to save your current one.
