Not a great experience - the guy looked at me funny when I asked to buy inner tubes and asked if I was changing it ‘all by myself’ because I was a woman! Enough said.

The guy is helpful and fast, so you can get your works done in the same day. On the other hand, we took 3 bikes to him and all 3 of them, a month later still show issues that should have been fixed with a quality tuning.

Great service on short notice. Will definitely go again.

Laughed in my face for asking if I needed a new inner tube (I usually have it repaired and he hadn't looked at it yet). When I challenged him for laughing at me started swearing at me.

Martin has been helping me and my husband for years with all of our bicycling needs. He built a lovely custom bike for me which I liked so much I had him make a second one for me to have in the US. He goes the extra mile. Always pleasant, prompt, and utterly trustworthy.

When I moved to Cambridge, I tried the cycle Smith because I kept getting really expensive service ices and parts. After going to Martin, I've not been anywhere else in 6 years.

Martin offers great value for money and is excellent with any bike. He's very passionate about cycling and wants to provide people with good quality, reliable bikes. His service prices are very good and he is often very busy because so many people go to him.

Martin is also able to provide advice and guidance if you want to work on your bike at home, he has a fantastic range of tools for sale. If you want awesome cinelli kit or Pro team gear, you can sometimes get it on the store, or it can be ordered for you.

Very responsible tradesman - We go there for everything we need for our bikes. Martin always gives us the right advice and we trust him. My husband bought a children's trailer that wasn't operating properly but he was happy to exchange that straight away. He does exist, from Tuesday to Saturday though. Excellent service.
