Cycle Store

Brought in my bike for tube and tyre replacement. I have a flip flop wheel, when I picked up the bike it was mounted the wrong way - you could clearly see it by the marks on the tyre, no idea how you could get this wrong. Plus, on my repair sheet clearly said "fixie" and they mounted it on the free wheel side. Anyways, the guy at thw shop flipped the wheel around for me - and did it so well that 500 meters later my wheel was touching the frame, as I was riding in the middle of the road. Fixed it myself at this point, not going back there...

They fixed several things on my bike like the chain and the steering wheel. It was 30 pounds in total. The bike was ready on the same day. My bike is still running well.

BAD BAD SERVICE! I brought my bike to fix a wheel problem, they said it would had taken 2 days to get the bolt and after 1 week it wasn't done yet...and the worse thing is that no one call me but I had to keep going there just to have the information that the bike wasn't ready! I took my bike undone, went to another store and got the problem solved in 15 minutes!

I've BEEN THERE TWICE..THE FIRST ONE TO BUY A BIKE AND THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY RUDE
THE SECOND ONE TO FIX MY WHEEL'S BYCICLE BECAUSE WAS JUST A FLAT WHEEL THAT COST 15£ BUT AFTER THEY "FOUND" "ANOTHER PROBLEM" AND THEN THEY SAID 100 £ EXTRA
THAT IS NO A SERIOUS WORK .!!!

However, on certain days (weekends mainly) there is another chap who works there and his customer service is terrible. They need to get rid of him. That is the only thing letting the shop down.

Other than that, best bike shop in town!

Fantastic service from the guys at cycle store. I don't know much about bikes but they explained everything really well. And the work was done quickly (on the spot) and at a good price.this will be my regular bike repair shop now. Jacob treats all the customers well so I would recommend the shop without hesitation.
