Very disappointed with the quality of customer service by one of the female staff. Called into the shop 79 miles into my ride with a loose spoke, I asked for help to see if someone could just nip it up (not true the wheel) a 20 sec job but was told I could purchase a spoke key. I explained that I had one at home so didn't need another one and surely as you do repairs it would not be any hardship to just nip it up please. Reply was we don't lent out tools!!!
With that I dumbfounded and politely let it be known and left the shop.
I will not be visiting again.

5 Star! Just amazing, sell great affordable bikes with quality. Although more staff would be great. Well rounded, not the best place for a shop. But furthermore it ensured me to purchase a high quality cycle. I am getting another 3 bikes next week for my Tour in Singapore. All of which are bought at cycle supreme.

Had a bike fit with these guys and whilst being sceptical at first I can honestly say that it was money well spent. If you have bought a new bike and not had it fitted this is the first thing you should do 100%. After being fitted corectly including cleat changes / bike adjustments and a new stem it is like a new lease of life. Just did a tour of Holland / Germany with 5 hours in the saddle a day with no problems. It is money well spent.. If you have yet to buy a bike get a bike fit with these chaps who will let you know the best bike for you and thats not pushing a sale of any sort. Richard / East Anglia
