Very efficient and friendly drop-in cycle repair services.

I've recently picked up my bike after putting it in for a service costing over £170 and am appalled with the service. The bolt on the back rack was so lose it had dropped off causing my rack to fall onto my back wheel whilst I was riding, and just lost my front break pad whilst riding as again as it hasn't been secured properly. Would advise anyone thinking of using cycle surgery to look else where and not waste their time on people who don't know how to do their job or money on such a terrible quality service

Took in my bike with a bent front wheel and broken Di2s. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using again

I had gone to the store to purchase a bike only to find out that they had just sold the last one earlier in the day. However instead of having my come back the following day a member of staff found the bike at the kings cross branch and cycled all the way there to bring it back with him. Well worth the wait. I got my dream bike and a great service. Would definitely come back.

Good bike store. Good product range and the staff are reasonably knowledgeable. Upstairs is a running shop, so that's handy

My experience was great - service was good. I went in with a pedal that had broken off my bike and the guy who served me took it up and immediately repaired it for me, and my bike was good to go in 3 minutes. Highly recommend for any repairs!

Hi, I would just like to pass on my thanks to the staff of the above store who serviced my bike today, I spoke with one of the team he was most helpful and went into great detail about how my gears work on my road bike of which was really good of him as I didn't know to much about this, my bike is now all sorted and for the first time since I bought it ( it's a ribble sportive) it rides like a dream.

Thank you for great service I will be back for my next bike service and help.

Kind Regards

Really aggressive service- whenever I go in here I get asked if I need help at least twice in the first 2 minutes. It's really annoying and intrusive! I wish the manager would stop telling staff to do this, it makes me want to shop elsewhere. If I need help I'm capable of asking for it!

I have visited here on a few occasions and EVERY time received a really disappointing service - The staff are surly (manager seems young and too arrogant to bother helping) and they never seem to understand what it is that I need, even with basic bike parts such as a crank for pedal, instead they just treat you like an idiot.

Would not advise shopping here

Absolutely amazing service! They really took their time and after I bought my bike I realized that it was not for me. This was solely my fault and I should have realized it during the test ride.

They took the bike back the next day without problems! I was so surprised they did this.

They guys have real knowledge and are very friendly! Highly recommended.

Very pleased with their customer service. Bought an Ortlieb pannier 2 years ago. Recently had a problem as the buckle snapped. Shop assistants have kindly contacted the manufacturer, received & fitted a replacement part for me.
