Cycle Surgery

Came into the shop to have a look around and was accused of stealing a pair of sunglasses without paying for them long story short I left the store and I was followed by security all the way into the bullring then was escorted back to the store to find out that the sunglasses were at the shop but behind another pair of sunglasses they did apologise but felt discriminated and upset and will never ever take a step foot into the store worse experience in my life, the shop items were okay but service was terrible and not good at all if you are coloured.

Booked a back on the road service for my Retro GT zaskar race today and got new chain, brakes and good advice from Shaun in the cycle surgery all for a good price. The long opening hours also make it perfect for people working to pick bikes up at a time convenient to suit. Will be using them again for my Cube soon. Thanks

Took my bike in with a puncutre. Staff seemed put out that I'd turned up to get a puncture repaired. Tyre went flat within a week of having it replaced. Took it elsewhere and Cycle Surgery had left the shard of glass in the tyre causing it to puncture the new inner tube again. Won't use them again.
