They serviced my bike by changing the brace pads and it's still making an awful noise. On top of it the guy who seemed to be the Shop Manager, was terribly rude..

nice helpful staff and a good range of bikes. accessories can be quite expensive though so better to buy them on the internet

The staff here are all very nice though at no point did I ever feel like a valued customer.

I bought my Brompton from them a few months ago and within a week i had a problem with the gears. I rang them and asked if I could bring my bike in to be fixed and they said "sure". Upon my arrival, they then told me that they couldn't look at my bike for 4 days, even though I'd just spent almost a £1000 in the shop a week before.

I then took my bike in for its 6 week service last Saturday and after I picked it up and rode it on Monday, the seat post sleeve snapped and came out.

I rang Cycle Surgery that evening and explained what had happened. I asked them to post out a new sleeve and sent them a picture of the broken one as well as my address.

I rang the next day and asked if it had been posted yet and ended up speaking to the mechanic who looked at my bike. He told me that he'd never touched the seat post, which almost insinuated I was just making it all up.

I received their parcel the next day and they'd sent they wrong part, which pretty much sums up my experience with them really. At no point did I receive an apology for the inconvenience of not being able to cycle my bike during the week.

I decided to take my bike to the Brompton store in London, who fixed my bike with no appointment and without charge. I would suggest Cycle Surgery look at the Brompton store for how to make customers feel valued.

Terrible service. Despite the fact that I have been riding for a number of years, the staff member spoke to me like I was an idiot who had never seen a bike. Further, the issue that I came to for advice resulted in the staff member selling me a number of items that were completely useless. I have found a much nicer local cycle store where I will be taking my business from now on.

This is the institutional equivalent of the down the road bike shop. Competitive pricing and top notch customer service. I got served by a chap called Adrian - one top man I tell you!

User

Staff didn't know what products they aere selling...told me they didn't have cushioned saddle covers for bikes....i then peoceeded to dind one myself on display and the man still was adamant they didnt sell them, even though i clearly pointed it out to him

User

Excellent service! Couldn't be more helpful and great value for money too. Bike service - quick and easy. In and back in a day. These guys are attentive, have good bike knowledge . Highly recommend

User

Was very please with the service that they provided. Was an urgent situation, when some bad people nicked my wheels of my bicycle. The were the only ones who helped me out on a short notice even on holidays. Top people, top services for a reasonable price!

User

Great service and fair price! Best place to customize your bike.

User

Super helpful staff, took care of everything when ordering my first road bike.

User

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. More like a local, family run business than a chain of stores. Won't go anywhere else
