As usual this store excels in customer service. I dealt with Nick and Zabi for the recall on my Brompton and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

They know their stuff. Straightforward and very helpful. They only service high end bikes that they can place their own service guarantee on.

All the team in store are welcoming and very knowledgeable about the sport and industry, Zabi the surgery mechanic is brilliant , and has carried out plenty of work on my bikes and also offered advice on getting the best out of them...

Nick the bike mechanic knows his way around a bike like the back of his hand and is a top bloke. Recommended

I took advantage of the free bike fit & spent 45 mins or so getting set up on the turbo by Nick.
The result has been a marked improvement in ride comfort and my enjoyment of cycling!
Good advice & time invested by store staff is good PR & means I'll be back again!

Fantastic service - I had some teething problems with a new bike that I bought in another branch, and decided to take it here instead. Clint was consummately professional with dealing with the issues and I never had any doubt that he would be able to get me back on the road. Whilst I was in the store, I could overhear him and Nick interact with other customers, and I could tell that they were extremely knowledgeable & passionate about cycling and would not attempt to sell customers something unnecessarily. Based on this experience and the competency with which my issues were dealt with, I have the utmost confidence in them and will only bring my bikes back here for a service in future.

Lewis was top class went out of his way to help me and was extremely patient, absolute first class service.

Cycle Surgery in Chertsey is an excellent place to buy a bike. Both Nick and Lewis are knowledgeable and provide upto date and relevant advice . There is no hard sell , just great advice and they know their stuff on all types of bike. I bought a Cube carbon and the customer service and bike fit was brilliant. I am an experienced cyclist and I would recommend this place to any cyclist . You can't go wrong here and their after service is second to none. Keep up the good work lads !!

The team (especially Nick) were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get a second hand bike I'd bought on ebay repaired and serviced in time for my daughter's birthday.
