Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. Not pushy or impatient at all, helping me to decide on the bicycle that I wanted, even though it took a few visits. Great after sales care as well with a free first service. Having browsed within a few other bike shops, the level of service really stood out here and I ended up purchasing from cycle surgery victoria even though there are plenty of bike shops closer to home. Best bike store in London. Compassionate staff who looks to help customers as best they can, facilitating requests as soon as practically possible in this busy central London store. The head mechanic, Derek, has years of experience, taking a methodical approach to tasks despite a heavy workload. Dan the manager is friendly and will tend to customers personally, addressing their needs to the best of his abilities. They are an extremely busy store, who do their best for customers despite this. Could not recommend more highly.

If you looking for a place where cyclist are not welcomed you are in the right place. Right from the start you will find that there is no bike parking station inside of the store at arrival when you will leave your bike inside manager Dan will give you that chicky smile to show how dare you to bring your own bike to his store as it is a bank you enter. Bought some gloves in this store and asked for price match as my phone battery was flat asked store representative to check it for me. As he couldn't find it told me to come back with print out after two days i have brought print out from chain reaction 5 pounds difference but the manager Dan obviously in his moment of glory said no and started off how different the item is. Nevertheless item being identical within name model colour material he had not agreed and left me hanging on the desk. Definitely last visit in the store and please avoid this store as it seems that they are only waiting here for sky team cyclist to arrive. Visit action bikes 100 metres down the road much better service.

Absolutely delighted by their service! Took my bike in for a service real quick, fixed all the issues I had for a long time in few hours where other mechanics told me they did not know where noises were coming from!
Nice team and competitive prices. Opening from 8am which helps massively when you start work at 9, drop it before work and pick it up for lunch.

Needed new tyres, wanted the marathon plus. Took wheels there and was served by a top guy, David. He was really helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. He put them on for me too. Will definitely go there again and will recommend to my friend too.

Friendly shop, all staff have good technical knowledge. Worth visiting for discontinued bargains both bikes and accessories. Great selection of spares and all weather clothing.
