Top marks to Luke who took time from his busy schedule to sort my kids' bikes out with no notice whatsoever. Good prices on parts and labour and instead of just fitting the parts required he also made sure that other elements of the bike were safe; wheels nice and tight, brakes working correctly, crank fastened correctly, and so on. Thank you.

They gave helpful advice, even when it led to not making a sale.

After a slight issue meaning my 200 mile round trip to collect a bike was a wasted journey, I received very good customer service from the guys here when I went back up and had an extra discount by way of apology. Staff were friendly and had a good chat over bikes plus they priced matched Chain Reaction on some pedals. Shop is inside Snow & Rock so not massive but has a good level of MTB and road stock considering.

Not looking for a bike, but a part. As soon as I walked up to the desk I got "look around the shop we are busy (two staff on a computer without customers)! Needles to say the part I was looking for doesn't exist! Funny how Halfords had one! Lack of customer service and satisfaction! If you need help go somewhere else!
