Cycle Surgery (Permanently Closed)

Great experience. Pal was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and happy to help. Will definitely be going back for any of my bike needs.

Having somehow got my pannier bag stuck in my bike wheel I googled the closest bike shop. Cycle surgery was it - the shop was about to close, so they were initially quite unwelcoming and unfriendly, which is understandable, but the mechanic, 'Pal' was absolutely incredible! Came out of his workshop to help sort my problem out - was nothing but friendly and polite. Excellent service! Above and beyond!

Excellent service! I came in for a flat tire wanted to fix it myself, but I was struggling a bit since it was the first time I was making such an attempt. One of the staff members, Pat helped me quite a lot and was very patient. Afterwards, he was still patient enough to answer all my questions regarding different bike tires.

Completely ripped off on parts for a service. Complained several times and was just ignored. Appalling customer service and won't use again.

The staff are seriously challenged! They don't know how to answer a telephone. Tried to arrange a service and they NEVER answer the phone. Bought a bike for my daughter. Both wheels fell off within a week on separate occasions. Had no bell supplied (illegal). Gave up and paid for a proper service at reputable bike dealership. I will never purchase from this store again!!!!

I love this place because it's was close and of course because of Elena. I asked her and she gave me a pair of gloves to fix my bike because i have an injured finger. Thank you so much for that, you're amazing.

Bought a bike here (not a cheap one) and accustomed to riding outside of the UK brakes were on the opposite side but had to travel and forgot to change these. Went back a few weeks later to get it solved and they wanted to charge me £30 for something that took me literally 2 mins to do (thanks Youtube).

Dreadful & greedy customer service. Avoid unless desperate. They are the equivalent of Foxtons in the cycling world.

My pedal flew off the High Street yesterday , luckily Cycle Surgery Kensington were nearby, strolled in, they were extremely helpful and found the missing parts fitted it with no delay and fuss, great stuff.

Called to ask if I could bring my bike in and someone would be able to help me discuss whether I need a new saddle (as having some problems on long distance rides), or if it's something else.

Guy on the phone didn't seem interested, asked me to repeat myself, then said "if you come in and buy a saddle we will put it on the bike".

I wont be coming in thanks. CycleSurgery in Leeds were nothing but helpful in the past, Kensington? Useless.

Staff showed absolutely no interest. In fact, when I made my purchase, the only words uttered to me were the price of the item. Don't think I'll ever go to a Cycle Surgery again.
